Boulevardofdreams Wins Gr. 2 Championship Stakes

Saturdays Gr. 2 $100,000 Championship Stakes at Ellerslie, Auckland was won by Boulevardofdreams (Dagger's Drawn x Faustina) earning her valuable black type and a share of fourth position on the New Zealand Bloodstock Filly of the Year table with eight points.

Boulevardofdreams relished the testing soft track conditions winning by three lengths over Partee (Sandtrap x Te Akau Jo) with a further 1-1/2 lengths to Haylee Baylee (Oregon x Mac's Gold) who finished in third position.

All three fillies were earning their first points in the Filly of the Year Series.

Boulevardofdreams is trained by Wayne & Vanessa Hillis, the same combination who trained Filly of the Year Series runner-up Kainui Belle. Boulevardofdreams is raced by Ted Van Beurden,
