Final Day of NZB Ready to Run Sale

The second and final day of New Zealand Bloodstock’s Ready to Run Sale of 2YO’s commences today with Lot 221 to Lot 437 going under the hammer from 11am.

The first day saw a record average of $108,210, increasing from last year’s Day 1 average of $91,036. The aggregate for Day 1 finished at $15,690,500 increasing by over $1,000,000 for 145 lots sold with the clearance settling at a healthy 75%.

Performances on racetracks around the world by NZB Ready to Run Sale graduates are bolstering the reputation of the Sale as being the place to source world-class thoroughbreds.

They claimed 19 Group 1 wins over the last five seasons in New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong while our closest competitor had only one.
