CONDITIONS OF LISTING

1. A Listing Fee of NZD$50 plus GST is payable by credit card in order to secure a Listing.
2. NZB does not act as agent in the sale and purchase of any shares as a result of this Listing, and all communications and negotiations are to be conducted directly between you and any prospective purchaser(s).
3. This listing shall be displayed on the NZB website for a maximum of 60 days from the last day of the Sale to which it applies when it will be automatically removed, unless sold prior in which case it may be removed earlier.
4. In the event of all remaining shares in the Lot being sold, you are obliged to advise NZB immediately.
5. You shall take full responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of your listing.
6. You acknowledge that NZB may refuse to list any Lot at any time at its discretion without giving any reason therefor.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure that this Listing complies with all laws and regulations in relation to the sale of horses and/or any part thereof, including those relating to authorised syndication if applicable.
